Milk Rice with Cashew and Jaggery

Milk Rice with Cashew and Jaggery


• Rice 1kg
• MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder 4tsp 
• Water 800ml 
• Cashews 150g
• Plums 100g
• Cardamom 10g
• Grated Jaggery 400g
• Salt to taste

Method of preparation

1.Wash the Rice and boil it in a saucepan with Salt, Water and Cardamom, until cooked.
2.Add grated Jaggery to the cooked Rice followed by the Plums and Cashews.
3.Mix 4 tsp of MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in 800ml water to make Coconut Milk and add to the cooked Rice Cook for another 2 minutes.
4.Put the mixture into a flat dish and flatten it evenly, cut into pieces and serve
