Batter fried Cuttlefish

  • Cuttlefish (Cleaned and chopped) 300g 
  • MAGGI Rasa Musu 1 packet
  • Turmeric 10mg
  • Pepper 15mg
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 75g
  • Flour 75g  Salt to taste

Lime and chili sauce

  • Finely chopped half an onion
  • Chopped Garlic 2 cloves
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Water 2 tsp 
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chili
  • Chopped Red Chili
  • Lime 1
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to Prepare

Batter fried Cuttlefish, method of Preparation
  1. Mix cleaned and chopped Cuttlefish with MAGGI Rasamusu
  2. Add the egg, salt, pepper, turmeric, corn flour, flour and mix with Cuttlefish
  3. Deep fry Cuttlefish until it gives a golden colour. 

Lime and chili sauce, method of preparation

Add water, vinegar, onion, garlic, Green and Red chilies, coriander, sugar, salt, pepper, lime and mix
