Research Organisation.
DIRECTOR (TECHNICAL) - SENIOR
MANAGER - HM 1-3
(Building Materials Research &
Testing Division) Qualifications and Experience
External Applicants :
(a) A
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Thchnology from a university recognized by the U.G.C.
AND
A postgraduate degree qualification
(Masters') in the relevant field or Corporate Membership of a recognized
professional institution
AND
Minimum of 15 years experience in
Managerial Level in a Corporation, Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment.
Internal Applicants :
(a) Minimum
of five (5) years satisfactory service in a post in the Manager Category Grade I in the
subject area relevant to the post, or minimum five (5) years service in the
Senior Academic and Research category in the subject area relevant to the post.
Salary Scale : HM 1-3 Rs. [41,745 -

Age :
Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.
INTERNAL AUDITOR - MM 1-1 (Grade
II)
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Management or
Commerce in a university recognized by the UGC.
AND
At least three years (03) post
qualiuing experience in Auditing in a Government Department / Corporation /
Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment
OR
Intermediate Level qualification of
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA) OR Intermediate Level
qualification of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) OR
Intermediate Level qualification of Association of Certified and Corporate
Accountants (ACCA) OR Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (HNDA)
AND
At least five (05) years post
qualifying experience in Auditing in a Government Department / Corporation /
Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment.
Salary Scale : 25,640 -3 x 665 -

Age :
Age should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.
MAINTENANCE OFFICER - JM 1-1
Qualifications and Experience
External Applicants :
A Bachelor's Degree with subject
areas relevant to the post from a University recognized by the UGC with minimum
of one (01) year post qualifying experience in a Government Department /
Corporation / Board or a reputed Mercantile Establishment
OR
Relevant qualification not below
NVQ Level 7 in the allied field.
Internal Applicants
Employees who have completed a
minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in the relevant field in post
in Grade I of the "Management Assistant - Technology" Category.
Salary Scale : 20,525 - 10x365 -
18x550 - 34,075/ =.
Age :
Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.
Other Benefits :

Cost of Living Allowance.

Entitlement to 12% EPF and 3% ETF
contribution by the Organisation.
