Applications are invited
from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following vacancies
in the Tea Small
Holdings Development Authority.
Post :
Assistant Manager (Human
Resources / Administration)
Management Service
Category (MM I-I-II)
Age :
Should not be less than
22 years and not more than 45 years of age. (The maximum
age limit does not apply
to the internal applicants).
Salary Scale :
MM l-l-2006
Rs. 25,640/= 3x665 7x735 15x925 46655
in addition to the above
salary, allowances approved by the Government would be
paid.
Qualifications :
Recruitment of External
Applicants
A Degree in Human
Resource Management or Management from a University
recognized by the
University Grant Commission
and
An experience of three (03)
years on the activities related to administration I
personnel management in
a Government or Government recognized Institution after
obtaining the Degree.
Recruitment of Internal
applicants
Completion of an active
period of service of not less than five (05) years in a Grade
l position and Junior
Management category (JM l-I) in the Tea Small Holdings
Development Authority.
Recruitment Procedure :
Selection would be done
through a structured interview.
Other :
The terms stipulated in
the Manual of Institutional Procedures would be applicable
in relation to each
recruitment.

The selected applicants
should contribute an amount equivalent to not less than
l0% out of his total
n1onthly salary during the entire period of service in the Tea
Small Holdings
Development Authority to a Provident Fund operates under the
Employees’ Provident
Fund ActNo.15 of 1958 or any other Employees' Provident
Fund operated under the
said Act and the authority will contribute an amount
equivalent to not less
than 1596 of the salary as the subscription.
ln addition, the
authority will contribute a sum equivalent to 3% to the employees’
Trust Fund.
