DESCRIPTIONS
- Manage ATL (Above the Line) & BTL (Below the Line)
communications to meet marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand
visibility.
- Organize events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo
shoots.
- Develop and distribute Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies to build brand
loyalty.
- Collaborate effectively with agencies, media, and other service providers.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and brand development.
- CIM or SLIM part qualification.
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English
and Sinhala.
- High level of self-motivation and ambition.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.

located around Colombo or willing to relocate and work in Colombo
