DIMO obtains C1 grade accreditation for executing Water Supply and Sewerage Projects

DIMO was recently awarded with the C1 grade accreditation by the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) for the execution of Water Supply and Sewerage Projects.

This is one of the highest accreditations that a company can be awarded. With this, the water projects division can now bid for the projects valued up to Rs 1.5 Bn.

Prior to C1, the water projects division was accredited under C2 grading and went on to achieve C1 grading with a short span of 2 years. This National registration and grading will be determined though evaluating the contractor mainly on its financial capability, specific technical qualifications, human resources, construction infrastructure and the experience gained in the relevant fields.

DIMO is one of the few companies which is accredited with C1 grade for Civil Construction of Water projects together with EM1 for Electromechanical scope of Water Projects. These dual accreditation would enhance DIMO’s outreach to embark into massive integrated water projects in the future.
