Keells Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to all Credit Cards issued by the National Development Bank PLC.
2. 10% Savings applicable for transactions above Rs. 3000, up to maximum discount value of Rs. 1,000 per day.
3. Offer valid for purchases up to 3 items or 3 Kgs of each product/ per transaction.
4. Purchases under the aforementioned promotion are permitted only for personal usage. In the event the Bank observe /deduce that the offer has been misused to obtain financial gain through commercial means, the excess discount values offered at point of purchase will be reversed subsequently.
5. The savings will be applicable on the marked/tagged price on the product offered for sale by the service establishment and the offer will not be valid on negotiated prices, already discounted items, consignment items, Pre - Orders and purchases of gift vouchers.
6. Card members are to settle the total bill payment via NDB card to be eligible for the savings.
7. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
8. NDB Bank accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services purchased during the promotional period.
9. If any dispute arises regarding any of the Terms and Conditions contained herein, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
10. The Bank reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the rules applicable to this Promotion and/or features of this Promotion at any time and also reserves the right to extend or shorten the duration of the Promotion and/or withdraw or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
11. The promotion is bound by the terms & conditions of the National Development Bank PLC and the service establishment.
