To run autocad 2006 on windows 7 you have to change some few settings;
1)When you start the installation of sutocad on windows7 remember to install it as an administrator.
2)After installation go to the autocad icon on the desktop ,Right click on it>go to properties>the go to: compatibility tab>now tick on (run this program in compatibility mode for:) > then click on change the setting for all users >click on apply and ok.
3)Now open autocad ,it will show a message but tick on dont show this message again.
4)Done!!
