Mobitel Pvt Ltd. has partnered with one of the leading commercial banks in Sri Lanka, Commercial Bank PLC to offer Sri Lankans a first of its kind credit card in Sri Lanka. It is the first time in Sri Lanka that a telecom service provider has partnered with a financial institution to offer customers a co-branded credit card with benefits from both entities.

Eligibility

Should be at least 18 years of age. Minimum income requirement is Rs.30,000 (gross) per month and an active Mobitel connection (either pre-paid or postpaid) under the card holder’s name.

28% APR (Annual Percentage Rate)

Annual fees of COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Card?

Joining fee and first year annual fee is waived off for all types of COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Cards

The following annual fees will be charged from 2nd year onwards.

• Silver/Classic - Rs. 1,500 ( Primary) 1,000 (Sup)
• Gold - Rs.2,500 ( Primary) 1,000 (Sup)
• Platinum - Rs. 3,500 ( Primary) 1,500 (Sup)
• World - Rs. 5,000 ( Primary) 2,500 (Sup)

Supplimantary card annual fee will also be added to the Primary card account statement

Documents needed to apply for a COMBANK-Mobitel Data+ Credit Card?

If you have submitted all the necessary documents together with your dully filled credit card application commercial bank will get in touch with you in the next 05 working days. 

If Salaried: 

Copy of NIC / Passport

Latest Salary slip and letter from the employer confirming salary and employement.

Last three month salary statements (if not commercial bank accounts)

If Self Emploed:

Copy of NIC / Passport

Letter from auditors confirming annual income for the last 2 years Business registration certificate and last three months bank statements (personal & company)
