POST OF QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
• Qualifications & Experience
BSc. Engineering
Degree from a university recognized by the U.G.C.
OR
Council of Engineering (CEP) former syllabus Part II new
syllabus Part III / Institute of Engineering Sri
Lanka former syllabus Part II new syllabus Part III
WITH
One year experience within an ISO implementation and Quality
Management environment.
OR
Diploma in any Technical discipline (NDT/ NDES/HNDE)
WITH
Six years post
qualifying experience in a Government Department/ Corporation or Board . (Work experience
preferably within an ISO implementation and Management environment including
preparation of Quality Documents and QMS auditing.)

POST OF LIBRARIAN GR.III
• Qualifications Any Bachelors Degree from a university
recognized by the U.G.0
AND
Pass Intermediate
examination of the Sri Lanka Library Association
WITH
03 years experience in a Library in a Government Department/
Corporation/Board or in a reputed Mercantile Establishment.

POST OF TRANSLATOR GR.III -(ENGLISH/ SINHALA)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree
from a recognized university accepted by UGC. which should include Sinhala/English
languages.
WITH
Sinhala as a
Subject in the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination for those who has a Degree with English
language as a subject.
English as a
Subject in the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination for those who has a Degree with Sinhala
language as a subject.

POST OF DRAUGHTSMAN GR.III
• Qualifications & Experience
Educational
a)
Having passed the G.C.E. (0/L) examination in
six subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four subjects including.
i Sinhala / Tamil
ii . English
language
iii. Maths
b) Having passed the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination in three
subjects (other than the 'General Paper').
Vocational
Having
successfully completed a Diploma or Certificate Course not below the N.V.Q.
Level 5, conducted by a recognized Institute of Technological Training in the
field of Draughtsman.
One year post
qualifying experience as a Draughtsman would be treated as an added
qualification.

POST OF LABORATORY ASSISTANT GR.III
• Qualifications & Experience
a) Having passed the G.C.E. (0/L) examination in six
subjects with credit passes for four subjects including
i. Sinhala / Tamil
ii.English Language
iii. Maths
b)
Having passed in one sitting at G.C.E. (A/L)
examination with Chemistry and Physics. Laboratory experience will be an added
qualification.
• Salary : Rs. 13450 - 10 x 145 - 7 x 170 - 12 x 290 - 12 x
345 - 23710 (MA 1-2)
Age Limit
• Quality Asurance
Officer, Translator: Age should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45
years.
• Librarian,
Laboratary Assistant, Draughtsman: Age should be not less than 18 years and not
more than 45 years. (The upper age limit will not apply to the internal
candidates.)
